I have a Masters from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelors from University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Professionally I have spent the last 23 years working in areas of behavioral health, palliative care, and peak performance. My skill set helps clients to release blocking beliefs that are often subconscious. After a traumatic incident or experiencing collective trauma, a person’s ability to cope can be disrupted. EMDR helps people move past ‘stuckness’, including negative self-beliefs and enables accessing strengths and newfound confidence. I use EMDR along with shadow work and other therapeutic modalities; my approach is integrated, eclectic and personalized. Personally, I have healed from my own complex trauma. I am compassionate and like to help those who help themselves. I am a recreational athlete: I like to ski, play tennis and run half marathons. I am spiritual, love family and dogs.
