My philosophy to mental health, is to provide safe, efficient, collaborative and patient centered care. As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, with an extensive background in medical health issues as well, my objective is to empower you to take control of your mental wellbeing as it plays a factor in your overall health. ​ My treatment plan includes education regarding your diagnosis and medication options that are available, as well as provide holistic options for those who would rather go the natural way. Staying up to date with evidence-based treatments to ensure that no matter which treatment plan we choose, safety will still be our number one goal. ​​​
