Introduction

My own early struggles motivated me to become a listening ear to those who would normally never be heard. As a therapist, I have helped countless teens and young adults dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and childhood trauma. In my sessions, I integrate a variety of modalities from CBT, Play Therapy, Art Therapy, and Mindfulness practices. Using a highly attuned and individualized approach I meet clients and their families wherever they may be at. Through this collaborative effort, clients learn to build self-determination and unlock their unique gifts. I have a saying; Live, Learn, Love, and Lift Each other Up, for it's the only way to be light in the midst of so much darkness. Have unfortunate events impacted your early years? Are you struggling with the loss of a parent or dealing with the stress of life transitions? Perhaps you’re having a hard time in school or with social interactions. Navigating any of these challenges by yourself is no easy task. I’m here to provide a safe space for you to open up and process whatever difficulties you may be facing. Together we will find creative, fun, and insightful ways to resolve your distress. Some of the positive changes past clients report include an increased ability to cope with life transitions and losses, increased self-esteem, improved decision-making and social skills. Many of them are able to see that the things that have happened to them were not their fault. This reframing is vital for healing and regaining well-being.
