Hi, I'm Kitta. Welcome. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Sacramento, CA, and I graduated from the California Institute of Integral Studies with my MA in Integral Counseling Psychology in 2013. I've been providing psychotherapy to children, teens, and adults since then. Currently, I work with folks experiencing anxiety, Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders, trauma, grief and loss, burnout, dissatisfaction in relationship to self and others, and healing childhood wounds. My style is warm, playful, supportive, and client-centered. I am passionate about supporting clients in the pursuit of living fully embodied, meaningful, and more connected lives.
