I approach therapy as a warm, collaborative journey built on authenticity and respect. I strive to address immediate concerns while also delving into deeper aspects of your life, all in a way that honors your personal experience. I draw upon my experiences as a biracial Asian American social worker to deeply connect and support multicultural individuals, fostering a safe and warm space with you at the center. I understand the anxiety and fear that come with life transitions. While pain is a part of life, our work together will aim to reduce needless suffering and strengthen meaning-making by committing to value-aligned actions. I draw from existential psychotherapy and evidence-based approaches like CPT, DBT, and ACT, along with trauma-informed care and my training at higher levels of care, to support you in making meaningful changes. I am integrative in approach and focus on what works best for you versus inflexible protocols. Please outreach via the contact form to get started. If I am unable to assist directly, one of my colleagues within the practice may be able to help! Finding the right fit is important, and the time you take to identify an ideal provider is worthwhile, even as it poses unique challenges.
