My passion is helping those who have been impacted by trauma to begin the healing process towards recovery & wholeness. My approach to therapy is one of compassion, strength, integrity, & authenticity. I offer a calm, inviting, & nonjudgmental environment for clients to develop the skills necessary to heal & to maintain optimal mental health. Healing from trauma, loss, & unexpected life change is not easy. However, I am committed to walking with clients along their healing journey while helping them develop courage & discover their resilience to heal & thrive.
