I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have extensive experience counseling at the outpatient, short-term residential and crisis levels of care. I have completed trainings in Emotionally Focused Therapy including Externship, Core Skills, and Emotionally Focused Family Therapy. I draw from attachment theory and psychodynamic theory in my work with clients. I provide counseling to adolescents, adults, couples and families. I believe change happens by cultivating emotional bonds and secure attachments in a non-judgmental, warm, and safe environment. My approach is to create an authentic and curious therapeutic relationship that is filled with grace and compassion. Within this space, clients can allow themselves to begin the healing process. I come alongside my clients as they move through dark, scary and unknown places. I help clients strengthen relationships and form deeper connections to themselves, others and the world.
