My approach to therapy is seen through a relational, attachment-based, trauma-informed lens (this really just means, I offer a down-to-earth, non-stuffy approach to therapy). It is important to me that trauma education is accessible to all people, especially in light of the COVID-19 pandemic in which we all experienced collective trauma. I am trained in Lifespan Integration, a form of therapy that gently teases out bodily responses to trauma so that you can live life safely within your human experience. Utilizing this approach with mindfulness helps clients discover freedom in their identity that is not based in shame. In my free time, you can find me running trails (I'm an ultrarunner), spending time with friends, and enjoying the beautiful PNW. I was trained classically in voice and piano, and still enjoy surrounding myself with soul-filling music.
