Introduction

Accepting new clients and NO waitlist! Kirsten's ideal clients are teens or young adults dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and family problems. She has over 50 hours of continued education in multiple trauma treatments. Welcome. You must be in the market for a new therapist for yourself or a loved one. What a daunting and overwhelming process! Take a breath… Here are a few tidbits about me. I live in Conway with my husband, daughter, and two pups. When I’m not in the office, I love to shop, travel, try unique restaurants, and spend time with friends and family. I work to be an authentic, judgment-free, and open-minded therapist. I’ve spent the last few years working in a variety of settings including university, non-profit, school, and private practice. I typically work with clients ages 12 and over. My jam is working with teens and young adults dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and family issues. My style of counseling is relational, empathic, and direct (at times). The majority of my experience has been within the trauma realm. I have seen firsthand the bravery it takes to reach out and ask for professional help with the most painful parts of your life. Building trust isn’t easy when there’s been trauma. Yet, I’ve seen the trusting relationship between therapist and client be one of the best ways to help a client achieve the change they want and deserve.
