Do you feel your emotions are out of control at times? ...Like if you could just change how you feel, your life would be better? Our emotions hold the key getting unstuck. But without the know-how, they can seem like the problem and biggest barrier to happiness. I help clients to better understand and work with their emotions, rather than fight them and feel defeated by hem. The key? Allowing someone else access to key emotions and feel understood by another. I did not always receive the message that my feelings were okay to share with others - and that there was even an advantage to doing so! However, I am glad to know it now and be able to help others to feel the benefit of this valuable lesson. We are social beings. We need love and acceptance of our feelings. I want that for you. Whether you are an individual looking to feel better or you are here on behalf of your relationship, my desire is for you to have strong, secure, loving, and joyful relationships (including the one you’re in with yourself!). Through our therapeutic relationship and the work we do together, you will generate tools to cope, skills to communicate in your relationship, confidence in yourself, a different outlook on your problems, and to befriend your emotions.
