Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Spirituality and Religion, Gender Identity,

Introduction

We are constantly bombarded with messages telling us that we need to do it all on our own. I have good news- you are not alone and you don't have to do it on your own! We all have a deep desire to be fully known and fully loved. It is my belief that we can't be fully known and loved by others until we fully know and love ourselves. Having a strong sense of identity and purpose allows us to heal, forgive, and move forward with clarity, hope, and tenacity. I enjoy working with people from a variety of backgrounds who are dealing with an assortment of issues. I have experience working with children, adolescents, women, and couples. I specialize in areas including children's behavioral issues, premarital and marital issues, women's identity issues, infertility, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
