Sometimes the hardest part is taking your first step toward bettering your life. You may not know where to begin? Are you feeling overwhelmed with your day-to-day life responsibilities? Struggling with motivation or feeling hopeless? Do you feel things from your past are coming up and preventing you from maximizing your potential? Do you just need to vent and get unbiased feedback? I can help you navigate these things piece by piece and get you on the road to your best self. Therapy can help you develop a new perspective and coping skills to manage your life stressors. My goal as your therapist is to help you develop tools to navigate life. I know that one shoe does not fit all in therapy. That said, I provide a range of treatment modalities to include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Therapy (TF-CBT), and Play Therapy. I have worked with children as young as 8, adults, and couples. Each day is another chance to make your life what you want it to be, but you don't have to have everything figured out today.
