**Not currently taking any clients under the age of age 18**Our lives are always changing. While we are doing our best to cope and respond to it's daily demands, sometimes we can no longer manage without help. Maybe you have outgrown your current coping patterns and don't yet know how to change them. Perhaps the pressures of your many roles in life haven't left room for you to take care of yourself the way you need and deserve. Maybe you or your child have been through something terrible and you don't know how to navigate it's disruptive nature. Through my work as a counselor I have seen the devastation and heartache that trauma, grief, and mental health struggles can have on children, adolescents, adults, and parents. It can overwhelm us. And yet I have also seen tremendous strength, beauty, and resilience take root and flourish beyond the grips of such wounds. I am dedicated to helping those struggling to manage their mental health needs, recover from trauma, or fill their role as a parent/caregiver. I'm also able to provide treatment for adolescents ages eleven and up in need of counseling services. My experience focuses on anxiety, depression, self-harm, trauma, parenting, and grief. I earned a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Psychology from Idaho State University in 2011 and a Masters of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Southern Oregon University, a CACREP accredited program. I am a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor through the National Board of Certified Counselors. I have been practicing since 2016 and have had my independent clinical license since 2018.
