Introduction

I do this work because I enjoy getting to know you as you learn about yourself. At the end of the day, you know yourself better than I ever will. It isn't my job to fix anybody and we're all fallible humans anyways. My job is to be there with you and support you in moving towards your goals, whatever those may be. My goal is to create a safe space for talking about difficult things. Please reach out if you are interested in a holistic approach. I consider all aspects of a person's life such as physical health, finances, family dynamics, childhood, employment, spirituality and living situation as well as the larger scale influences such as society, socioeconomic class, laws and culture.
