Introduction

My focus is to help individuals heal, take action in their lives, and become aware of their inner strengths. This is achieved by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan together. My approach is ideal for those suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, chronic pain, and highly sensitive people. A "bottom -up" approach is utilized to allow us to explore the dysregulated nervous system once safety and stability are established. This approach helps us work to answer the questions "Why is this happening to me? What caused these behaviors and/or survival mechanisms to take over? What is the root cause?" Somatic EMDR and Psychodynamic Therapy are utilized to assist this process. My guiding purpose is to be there for you every step of your journey. To help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. We will work together to determine the approach that best suits your needs and goals. I look forward to working with you! Please reach out today! Www.empathic-counseling.com
