Introduction

Welcome. I offer an eclectic, holistic psychotherapy & wellness practice providing evidence-based therapies to help clients manage symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem and more. Most clients enter therapy when they are having a difficult time adjusting to changes in their life, or need support working through relationship struggles, such as, communication problems, codependency, boundaries, trust issues, attachment concerns, problem patterns, and more. Working with me involves developing skills and tools to better understand your patterns and actively learn new strategies to overcome your struggles. My style is interactive and collaborative, I share insight and feedback with the goal of helping you know yourself as deeply as possible. Therapy can be helpful for everyone, especially for those who want something better for themselves. My goal is to help you become the most skilled, empowered, and healthiest version of yourself. This New York City based practice works with individuals and couples, with virtual services so you can receive secure, comfortable care right from home or office.
