Kim Saylor is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a Ph.D. from the University of Kentucky. She's been practicing in Lexington, Kentucky for over 20 years. She does individual and couples counseling with adults and adolescents for a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, personality issues, grief, mental illness, and other life challenges. She provides psychological assessments for adults, adolescents, and children for a variety of purposes including: psychological diagnosis, fitness for duty, learning disorder/ADHD, gifted and talented, guardianship, adoption, immigration, and hiring. Jay Castaneda is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a Ph.D. from the University of Kentucky. He is a tenured psychology full professor at Georgetown College and has been a practicing clinical psychologist since 2006. He does individual and couples counseling with adults and adolescents. He works with issues including grief, personality issues, depression, anxiety and relationship issues. He provides assessments for adults and adolescents. Assessments include psychological disorders, learning disorder/ADHD as well as gifted and talented.
