Introduction

At Be-Liv-It Life Healing Counseling, I provide faith-centered, compassionate therapy to help you navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to heal. Whether you’re facing anxiety, trauma, or low self-esteem, I’ll meet you where you are—with empathy, care, and a belief in your God given worth. Together, we’ll explore your story, identify patterns, and develop strategies for growth. My integrative approach includes evidence-based methods such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care, woven with mindfulness, music therapy, and scripture to support your healing journey. I also use TheraBeats—a unique therapeutic resource created in collaboration with a music producer. These calming music beats are designed to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and emotional well-being within therapy sessions.
