Her therapeutic approach is client-centered, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Attachment-based, Narrative and other therapy modalities for adults in therapy practice. With over 12 years of experience in the behavioral health field, Kimberly has worked with individuals and families in residential settings, community-based mental health, case management, and outpatient therapy settings. Kimberly is a National Board Certified Counselor (NCC) having voluntarily met national standards to support the goal of improving quality care.
