I have a special focus working with PTSD, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I believe that we are happiest and most fulfilled when we are living in line with our beliefs, are able to manage conflict and stressors, and feel connected to the people we care about. We can work together to uncover choices and reclaim power in your life. I believe there is no situation we cannot recover from and the process of doing it together is healing. I will engage you in a collaborative process along the way. I utilize a combination of EMDR, somatic, attachment approaches to achieve meaningful results. Reaching out can be challenging at first.
