Introduction

I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced brokenness in their lives due to problems with intimacy disorders. These disorders may include pornography, sex, or love addictions or those continually seeking emotionally unavailable or unhealthy partners. I also enjoy working with and supporting partners of pornography and sex addicts and individuals recovering from infidelity. Additionally, I work with clients who experience symptoms of ADHD, anxiety related disorders, or have unresolved issues from their family of origin. In providing psychotherapy, I like to use a holistic, interpersonal-neurobiology-based approach, in addition to, Cognitive-Behavioral and Internal Family Systems approaches. I am passionate about helping others experience healing and freedom in their own lives by creating a safe therapeutic environment to foster a culture for personal reflection and growth.
