Introduction

During my time as a counselor, I have served in various areas of the mental health field. Clinical expertise/experience are in the following areas of: Private Practice, Behavioral Health Acute Unit for individuals 18-70 years of age, School-Based Therapy, Day-Treatment Programs, Employee Assistance Programs, Ministry Programs, Critical Incidents with various businesses, Individual, Family, Couples, and Groups. My theory of practice is eclectic which means, I pulled from various theories of practice that best fits the individual needs. I do focus heavily on Cognitive and Behavioral aspects of mental health.
