Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a RYT 200 Hour. I utilize a variety of methods including cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, meditation, psychodynamic and EMDR among others. We will explore and define present areas of unhappiness and feeling stuck. We will develop positive skills that will allow you to create the life you desire. I recognize taking the step to begin counseling can be uncomfortable. I will try and make the process as easy as possible.
