Introduction

Hey there! Are you searching for a space where your values aren't just acknowledged but celebrated? A space where you can put down the mask, exhale, and be yourself? As a strengths-based therapist, I focus on fostering a sense of hope within, guiding individuals to embrace their strengths and align them with their deepest and most authentic selves. Together, we can navigate life's complexities, using these guiding lights to illuminate a path toward healing and growth. My approach to therapy is holistic, client-centered, and grounded in strengths-based practices such as solution-focused brief therapy and narrative therapy. I strive to create a collaborative and empathetic space where my clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors from a non-judgmental perspective and maximize their strengths and resources to create a life that truly honors who they are. I work with individuals and families, which includes young adults in their 20s and 30s, college students, and teens. My clinical interests include working with identity issues, sexual assault, childhood developmental trauma, life transitions, mood disorders, anxiety, chronic stress, LGBTQIA+-related concerns, and race-related issues. Super strengths: My creativity and adaptability help me collaborate with clients to develop unique solutions. Hobbies: Sewing, graphic design, illustration, and watching YouTube or anything Marvel (MCU) related. Fun fact: As a former army brat, I have lived on each coast of the United States and Germany. I'm also a first-generation Jamaican-American who can cook some pretty good curry chicken and salt fish.
