Kimberly Gray graduated with her bachelors in psychology with an emphasis in crisis counseling in 2014. She then went on to complete her masters in general mental health counseling. Kimberly is dedicating to providing her clients with a safe environment to process and heal while staying grounded in evidenced based treatment approaches. Kimberly provides professional counseling for adults of all ages, backgrounds and faiths who may be struggling with anxiety disorders, bi-polar disorders, grief and loss, OCD, self-esteem and life transition issues. Kimberly has completed training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy for the treatment of OCD, phobias, and other anxiety disorders. Kimberly seeks to provide a safe, judgement free space for you to unburden yourself and move towards a place of peace and wellbeing.
