Introduction

Don't allow mental blocks to control you, set yourself free! It's important to be mindful, one talk at a time. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Master Addiction Counselor. I've been in the mental health field over 20+ years. I've had a wide range of counseling experience in working with individuals, families, and groups. I've dealt with a wide range of issues that includes but are not limited to, Substance abuse, Anger management, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Avoidance behaviors, Personality disorders, Grief, Self-esteem, and Conflict issues. I provide unconditional positive regard and try to make the client feel that all is not lost. For me, it's about empowering the client in making an effort to achieve their goals. I believe in having an honest dialogue and commitment will be successful to treatment.
