Therapy helps to normalize behaviors that are long-standing while helping one move away from shame toward acceptance. Having worked in the field of mental health for over 12 years, my experience is grounded in a holistic approach that focuses on the human experience and not just a diagnosis. Professional Development I offer career transition and consultation services for those looking to enter or branch out of the mental health field. I also offer supervision hours for clinicians looking to accrue their hours. Fees and Insurance: I am licensed to practice and accept clients from the following states: NY, PA, NJ, CT, FL, TX, IL and IN.
