Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Bullying, Life Transitions,

Introduction

Are you dealing with anxiety or depression related to health, school, parenting, work, retirement, relationships, family, or major life changes? Whether these feelings are persistent or have appeared suddenly, I’m here to help. With over 14 years in mental health, I bring a holistic perspective that considers your entire experience rather than just a diagnosis. I also specialize in supporting individuals with chronic conditions like Lyme's, Crohn’s and Colitis through resilience-focused treatment. In our sessions, we’ll tackle negative thoughts and use practical, immediate techniques that offer lasting relief. I guide clients to understand themselves on a deeper level, shift their mindset and offer perspective through a different lens. In session, I am known to be direct, accountable, supportive and empathetic. Additionally, I offer career transition consultations for those entering or shifting within the mental health field and provide supervision for clinicians working toward their hours. I’m licensed in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida. For out-of-network benefits, I can provide a Superbill for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance for details. Contact me to discuss how we can work together.
