Introduction

I have 38 years of counseling experience and have learned a lot about helping people over those many years. My focus is client-centered therapy which means careful listening and understanding of each individual including their history, current concerns and future goals. Spending some time looking at the past and early life influences is often important in understanding what may be driving current issues. Some individuals are survivors of trauma, and I have advanced training and certifications in resolving complex trauma. I enjoy working with teens, adults, and couples. Working together, we develop specific plans for change and ensure progress toward those goals. I am happy to answer any questions by phone or text and encourage you to call today.
