Seeking therapy is a courageous act, and I want to thank you for taking the first step to improving your mental health and happiness! My passion is in helping people find meaning and purpose in their life. I believe that creating a non-judgmental, safe relationship between therapist and client is the most important part of creating lasting change in my client’s lives. I have seen that growth is possible for all people, especially during the most difficult times of life. As a therapist, I am passionate about helping my clients with a variety of struggles. My clinical experience has primarily involved working with adults and couples on issues with relationships, grief, addiction, self-acceptance, co-dependency, depression/anxiety, self-esteem, mood disorders, trauma, adverse childhood experiences, and life adjustment issues. You are the expert in your life story, and I will follow your lead as we work towards meeting your personal and relationship goals.
