I completed my undergraduate degree at Whitworth University and my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Fuller Theological Seminary. Prior to becoming a clinician I applied wilderness therapy techniques as a mountaineering and sea kayaking guide in BC, Canada, and worked with at-risk youth through YoungLife. I have experience working in intensive outpatient programs for eating disorders, self-harm, OCD, and social anxiety, with a focus on complex trauma and PTSD. As a trauma-informed systemic therapist I explore the way family of origin, present relationships, and past hurt are intertwined to all the "diagnosable" troubles many of us seek therapy to resolve. It is my greatest honor to walk alongside my clients on their journey toward healing, whole relationship, and authenticity. You have innate worth, value, and beauty; I look forward to sharing this road with you.
