Introduction

I work through an attachment, CBT, Structural family therapy lens aimed at assisting children and their families connect. I utilize play based techniques to increase understanding and foster communication. I meet my clients were they are and work together to identify and foster their strengths in an empowering way. I work with my clients to empower and bolster their personal growth. I utilize different techniques to meet their individual needs. The first step in any journey is the hardest as it’s filled with fears of the past and hope for the future.
