Life is hard! Whoever told us it gets easier when we get old didn't realize that it would be the dream we would want but have not been able to yet. Does life have its ups and downs? Yes, but it doesn't mean we have to let it be hard. The change starts with you! I can be here to help guide you and stop to explore those changes along the way. I am passionate about making sure each individual finds their way to living their best life. I am licensed in both Wyoming and Colorado, have been in the field for the past 15 years. I draw from a variety of modalities to empower the individual to understand what the concerns surrounding them mean and how they have the power to succeed. I like to explain myself as a your new tour guide to your mind. We will talk, look, and identify areas that are a concern or an area that is a positive place for you. As your tour guide, we will explore together what makes the situation or place heavy for you, work through it, and then move on to the next site you find in your mind. I will challenge you, but I ask you to offer me not just the negative, but the positive in life as well so we can build that LIVE part of you that is there.
