Introduction

I work with both individuals and couples. I have a Master's degree in counseling from the University of Colorado Denver. In addition, I have completed extra training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples. As a therapist, I am nonjudgemental and collaborative in my approach. I also recognize that you bring your whole history into the room with you, and understanding the context surrounding you is crucial to the process. I am passionate about working with clients and creating a supportive and authentic environment for self-exploration and discovery.
