Introduction

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I love what I do and keep myself educated, trained and mindfully prepared so I can provide the quality and informed services all seeking help deserve. My goal is to create a safe environment conducive to healing and growth. I graduated from the University of Utah with a Master's degree in Social Work. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) and MBSR (Mind Body Stress Reduction); I am also a certified Health & Life Coach through the Health Coach Institute. All human beings have within themselves the ability to heal and grow; unfortunately, trauma, difficult life events, health problems, unhealthy patterns/habits and/or blocking beliefs can impede growth, happiness and can make living a satisfying life seem impossible. It is possible to work through all this and live the life one wants &/OR discover a satisfying, happy way of living that was never considered with the assistance of someone trained to help facilitate this self discovery/healing work. I would love to be able to help you on your journey to heal, meet your goals and/or provide opportunities for awakenings and growth. I look forward to meeting you.
