I work best with people in a stage of life, awareness, and development where they know what they want and what they currently have must change. Depression, anxiety, and insomnia are a few things that manifest when living with and through trauma, and these are examples of PTSD-related symptoms that once decreased, more and deeper psychotherapy work can proceed. PTSD and the consequent symptoms are my specialties. Through awareness focus achieved with techniques of bullet journaling, and 2-3 months of discovery, we will work together to build the path to what you want and how you prefer to be in your whole life. The most challenging part of seeking assistance at the therapy level is making contact. My practice is unique in that I am more interested in what you think about your experiences. I am also committed to working with the community of health professionals you have selected to heal with.
