Introduction

Life can be challenging, and we all need support at times. You don’t have to navigate it alone. As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and addictions specialist (LCAS), I specialize in helping individuals through life transitions, grief and loss, and trauma. With my background as a former Olympic athlete, chaplain, and spiritual advisor, I understand that our physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social needs all play a crucial role in our wellbeing and our ability to move toward our goals. I am passionate about helping people lead more fulfilling and meaningful lives. I particularly enjoy working with those on a journey of self-discovery - learning to trust and follow their own truth, rather than conforming to the expectations of culture, society, family, or religious beliefs. My approach is strengths-based and client-centered, meeting individuals where they are in their journey and allowing them to move at a pace that feels right for them. I aim to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore new ideas and feel comfortable making mistakes as you work toward living a more authentic and genuine life. I am licensed to provide telehealth in the states of Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, and South Carolina. To schedule a free 15 minute consultation, click “Request Appointment” or call 828-222-3578. I look forward to hearing from you! Georgia (CSW005828 - https://verify.sos.ga.gov/verification/Search.aspx) Louisiana (LCSW 11215 - https://www.labswe.org) North Carolina (LCSW C010259 - https://ncswboard.gov) Independent Social Worker Telehealth Provider in South Carolina (1148 - https://llr.sc.gov/TeleHealth/SocialWork.html)
