Introduction

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist committed to helping you access your inherent strength and wisdom and be your own best resource. I believe in taking a collaborative, holistic approach to helping you find healing. I have advanced training in trauma and EMDR and am passionate about helping trauma survivors and couples to find healing and freedom from emotions and patterns that are keeping you stuck in the past. Our burdens can be too much to hold alone and we can walk gently into the spaces that work hard to keep you going. There is hope in the hard and you don't have to navigate that space alone.
