Introduction

Are you struggling to connect with people and/or create and maintain relationships? Do you hate your job or just feel like you cannot find the right fit, professionally? It is becoming more difficult to parent your children, enjoy your empty nest and/or find purpose in your retirement? Do you struggle with chronic stress and find you are getting sick more often? Does depression and/or anxiety seem to have taken control of your life? Or, maybe you just feel stuck an unable to move forward personally and/or professionally? People seek the help of a counselor for a variety of reasons. If you desire change, I can help. I use a relationally-based, emotionally-focused counseling approach that emphasizes holistic well-being, prevention, and collaboration. The goal of treatment is not only to minimize negative symptoms or alleviate suffering; it is to encourage you to find true transformation so you can grow and flourish. Treatment is tailored to your specific needs. You are not alone! I am not only a counselor, I am also client. I know what it is like to be stuck, feeling hopeless, and I know what it is like to experience the freedom that comes with healing. Like me, I believe you have the capacity to experience unimaginable transformation! It would be a privilege to help you find hope, meaning and purpose.
