Kimberlie Wetsi holds a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Midwestern State University. From a young age, Kimberlie felt a deep desire to help others and was always willing to lend a listening ear. This desire motivated her to pursue an education in mental health wellness that only increased her love for helping others. Although Kimberlie’s approach is primarily rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Choice Theory, she is trauma-informed, person-centered and tailors the approach to the client. She regularly assisted individuals in developing positive self-talk, self-compassion, challenging negative thought patterns, re-framing, visualization, and journaling skills for over seven years at her local mental health authority and online. Kimberlie sees 18+ individuals and her hours are Mondays and Tuesdays 8am, Wednesdays 8am-11am and Sundays 2pm - 7pm.
