I support individuals to heal and thrive in the context of their unique identities and circumstances. Whether you are struggling with confidence, are grappling with the loss of an important relationship (person or pet), want support as you seek out more purpose and meaning, are trying to have a different relationship with your family, or are simply navigating a challenging stretch of life, I would be honored to support you along the way. My therapeutic style is relational and egalitarian. I work through an intersectional identity lens informed by self-determination theory. My primary role as a therapist is to provide the supportive time and space you need for self-reflection and to give voice to your own wisdom and resilience. I also like to ask pesky questions that identify patterns, challenge assumptions, promote perspective-taking, and elicit insights for growth. I don't have all the answers, but I can help you to unlock yours.
