LPC-S, NARM Therapist Resilience Austin
Specialties: Grief, Trauma, Adoption, C-PTSD, Abuse Survivors,

Introduction

I’m a trauma therapist and specialize in grief and early childhood trauma. I am particularly passionate about working with adults of adoption to heal the wounds left behind that continues to impact relationships. I am committed to working with individuals struggling to emerge from confusion and pain. My approach promotes healing through a somatic and relational lens - meaning we'll explore and unite the emotional, physical, and thinking self and work towards restoring connection, resiliency, and agency.
