Life coaching and counseling are both about changing your mindset… Counselors have a focus on understanding and healing from the past Coaching focuses on the present and future and will help you to take action Both will uplift and help you figure things out so you can move forward in your life. We serve our clients in primarily two ways: coping with every day life stressors and preparing for the road ahead. Mindfulness is a lifetime commitment to growth and healing. That’s why we work together and specialize on the most common adult issues - anxiety, sadness, motivation, mood changes, stress, life transitions and relationship issues. Teaching and practicing alongside of you to help reach your full potential! We promote health and wellness, using proven methods such as Mindfulness, Life Coaching skills, Cognitive Behavior Techniques and Processing, and Behavior Activation tools to help process life and improve emotional regulation. Our goal - maintain good mental health by making tiny changes! We are accepting providers who works with the LGBTQ+ population and specialize in ethnically diverse patients.
