Greetings to those that are new to therapy and to those that have taken the therapeutic journey before. I am glad you are here. Together, we will work to identify the goals that are the most important to you. Please note that I have many years of experience within the behavioral health field. Individual therapy is a passion because it allows me to walk with you on your journey towards wellness. My approach is mainly person centered, holistic, and eclectic.
