Much of my experience has been working with people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, compassion fatigue, crisis recovery, relationships, family issues, life stress, and challenges of parenting. I have a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California. I am clinically licensed to practice in Colorado, California, Arizona and Illinois. In addition to my clinical practice, I hold an affiliate faculty position at Metropolitan State University of Denver and am recently retired from practice as a school social worker. My clients describe me as kind, calm and curious, They appreciate that I connect with them in a deeply meaningful way. I am accepting, responsive and relevant, and create a non-judgmental space for you to learn and grow at your pace, not mine. I look forward to getting to know you and am confident I can support and empower you toward the full and joyful life you desire.
