Thank you for your interest in our counseling services! We bring a personable, down-to-earth, insightful and inviting approach to our work with individuals, couples and families. We value helping people move from "feeling stuck" in unhealthy relational patterns to experiencing greater freedom in their personal lives and relationships. Clients benefit from setting aside focused time to understand what drives these patterns via the lens of attachment needs. Thinking through and verbalizing new and different ways to engage in healthy relationships within the context of a safe, supportive and therapeutic environment can be invaluable. Our team members bring a range of counseling approaches to the therapeutic process including Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT); Attachment, Self-Regulation and Competency (ARC, a trauma informed approach); Attachment-Focused Family Therapy; Trauma Art Narrative Therapy; Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). We also bring cross-cultural experience to our practice including Spanish and Asian language contexts. We currently have openings for individuals, couples and family sessions.
