Introduction

Is your child struggling and you don’t know what to do? Is your anxiety and/or depression keeping you from living your fullest life? Are your relationships with your partner, family, or friends strained? I work with children, teens, and their families to learn how to work together to utilize tools within themselves and their system, as well as new techniques, to manage the issues they are struggling with and learn how to move past and forward from them in order to create harmony. As a person-centered therapist, I offer a safe space, free of judgment, for you to learn to reach your potential in your life and relationships. I believe pinpointing behaviors and having emotional regulation tools to deal with them is the first step in healing and growth. I look forward to meeting you and hearing your story!
