My therapeutic style involves helping you arrive at insights, strategies and tools that you can use immediately to make positive change in your life (Cognitive-Behavioral and Strengths-Based therapy models). I will be here to guide you, encourage and support you and possibly even challenge you if I feel you are unknowingly allowing obstacles to stand in your way. We will discover and explore therapeutic approaches that work best for you. My goal is to help you to become the expert when it comes to your anxiety. To integrate treatment options to help you to tolerate discomfort, react differently to thoughts, learn by doing, succeed in handling the uncertainties in life and to strengthen your problem solving superpowers.
