I am a Certified IFS Therapist (Level 3 trained) & Approved IFS clinical consultant who is also trained in EMDR. I will actively listen, be non-judgmental, assist with active problem solving and/or trauma treatment and help you resolve emotional issues. Together we will look and find your strengths and achieve your goals. Problems do not need to be faced alone and I will work with you to solve them.
