I have been exactly where you are before. Feeling overwhelmed, overstressed and overlooked. I have lived in the chaos of not knowing what to do next or what direction to turn. I know how scary it can be to feel like your world is crumbling around you and there isn’t a single person that you feel like you can turn to for help. How you don’t want to tell your closest friends or family what you are struggling with, let alone a complete stranger. Therapy can be scary, I get it. But I promise, it doesn’t have to be! Having previously worked as a Registered Nurse and now a Counselor, I have seen first hand the effects that stress, anxiety, depression and trauma can have on the mind and body. With nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare, I have learned the tools and strategies needed to help you find comfort. I would love to hear your story and teach you what it feels like to feel safe again. To find the joy that seems to have disappeared out of your life.
